SGRR University organises interactive session on "Reducing Anxiety and Welfare of Teachers"

A thought-provoking interactive session on the topic "Reducing Anxiety and Improving the Welfare of Teachers" was held at Pathribagh Auditorium under the joint aegis of Internal Quality Cell and Faculty of Education, SGRR University. The event was organised with an aim to highlight the challenges of teachers in maintaining mental health and life balance.

The programme was inaugurated by Registrar Dr. Lokesh Gambhir, Dr. Pawan Sharma and Dean of Student Welfare Prof. Dr. Malvika Kandpal by lighting the lamp.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kumud Saklani extended his best wishes for the successful organization of the program.

The keynote speaker of the event, renowned mental health expert Dr. Pawan Sharma, who is a pioneer in the field of psychedelic therapy and mental health awareness, shared practical strategies and useful tips keeping in mind the specific needs of teachers. He emphasized the importance of measures to maintain positive mental health and an empathetic environment.

The event was held with the blessings of the President of the University, Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj. His spiritual guidance was a source of inspiration for the overall development and welfare of the University.

This session was an impactful effort towards mental health awareness.
